God is helder stralend Licht
in Hem is geen duisternis
licht en duister gaan niet samen
God roept ons in ’t licht, bij name.
Hij trekt ons uit de duisternis
en brengt ons in Zijn helder licht
zodat wij ook een lichtje zijn
ook al is het nog zo klein.
Een licht dat duisternis verjaagt
omdat dag geen nacht verdraagt
een licht dat nooit meer zal verdwijnen
maar eeuwig voor Zijn God zal schijnen.
